Services

One solution. Continuous bottom-line returns.

You should not have to hire a strategist, a developer, and a project manager to fix a broken workflow. I handle the entire lifecycle: identifying leaks, engineering the fix, and deploying the solution. That fix might be a targeted automation, a rebuilt operational system, or an AI agent that works for you around the clock. You get an immediate spike in operational efficiency and a permanent boost to your margins.

1

Discovery and pain-point mapping

I spend time with the people who do the work and map the affected process end to end. The goal is to find where time, money, and accuracy actually leak, and to separate the loud problems from the high-leverage ones.

  • Stakeholder interviews across roles, not just leadership
  • Hands-on review of your current systems and data
  • A clear, prioritized list of opportunities ranked by effort and payoff
2

Solution design

I design a solution that fits your existing tools and constraints, then write it up in plain language so every stakeholder can sign off before any building starts. Automation gets added only where it provides clear, measurable value, never because it is the trendy thing to do.

  • A one-page executive summary for fast sign-off
  • An operations-friendly walkthrough of the new workflow
  • An honest "known unknowns" section, to help avoid hidden risks
3

Build and vendor coordination

I handle the build and any third-party software, pricing, or API details that come with it. Where it saves you money, I will choose an integration with tools you already pay for over a new product with another monthly bill.

  • Built around your current systems to keep change and retraining to a minimum
  • Vendor and contract coordination handled for you
  • A technical plan you own, not a black box
4

Implementation and handoff

I roll the solution out with your team and keep a human in the loop on the decisions that matter. High-stakes steps get reviewed, not automated blindly. Then we measure the result against where you started so the value is concrete.

  • Rollout support and documentation your team can actually use
  • Review checkpoints on important or risky actions
  • Before-and-after measurement of the outcome

Where AI fits in

AI is a tool, not the point.

You do not need to understand AI to benefit from it, and you should not have to rebuild your business around it. I treat AI the way I treat any other tool: useful when it removes manual work or catches errors a person would miss, and skippable when a simpler fix does the job.

In practice that often looks like reading messy inputs (screenshots, photos, documents) and turning them into clean, structured information, drafting routine work for a person to review, surfacing the right answer instantly instead of someone hunting for it, or a live dashboard that shows the state of the business at a glance. It also goes well beyond automating repeatable tasks: I redesign entire systems around how your business actually works, and I build AI agents that do proactive work, like scanning the market for promising leads and drafting targeted outreach. The work that is risky, sensitive, or high-judgment stays with your team.

What this can look like in practice

  • An entire operational system rebuilt around how your business actually works, like two disconnected systems unified into one intelligent operation
  • An AI agent that scans the market for emerging brands, qualifies them against your criteria, and drafts targeted outreach for your sales team
  • Quotes, proposals, and reports that build themselves from the data you already have
  • Scheduling and coordination without the phone and email ping-pong
  • Institutional knowledge captured in a system instead of one person's head
  • Live dashboards that show the state of the business at a glance
  • Data that flows between your tools without anyone rekeying it

What you can count on

How I keep engagements honest

No oversold promises

Every recommendation comes with its assumptions and risks written out. If something might not work, you hear it from me first.

Respect for what works

I build around the tools your team already uses rather than ripping them out. Lower change cost, faster adoption, less retraining.

Something real ships

The deliverable is a working solution, not a slide deck. The measure of success is whether your team's day actually got easier.

Common questions

What owners usually ask first

What happens in the first meeting?

You tell me what slows your business down: the work that takes too long, breaks too often, or depends on one person. Come ready to outline those issues; the more specific you can be, the better the projects I can propose. I take what you share, review it, and come back with specific project ideas and an honest read on what each is worth.

What kind of work do you take on?

Anything that happens on a screen: quoting, scheduling, data entry, reporting, research, coordination done over email. That ranges from automating a single workflow to redesigning an entire operational system or building an AI agent that proactively finds business for you. Physical work, like running a machine or a job site, is out of my scope.

Do I need to buy new AI tools or software?

Usually not. I build around the tools you already pay for, and I only recommend something new when it clearly beats an integration on cost. Avoiding another monthly subscription is part of the job.

Why not just use ChatGPT ourselves?

You can, and for one-off questions and drafts you should. But getting AI to build a working system is a skill of its own: gathering the right requirements, writing a technical project plan, knowing how to prompt, testing what comes back, and making sure the solution being built is the one your business actually needs. I have spent years becoming an expert at exactly that, and I make sure you end up with a system that runs reliably and provides real value.

How long does a project take?

It varies by scope, and you will know before anything is built. Every engagement starts with a written plan you sign off on first, so there are no open-ended projects.

How does pricing work?

There is no set price list, because everything is project based. After the intro meeting, each project idea I propose comes with its own quote, so you know the full cost of every option before anything starts. And every proposal has the same bar to clear: I only pitch work I believe will return a multiple of what it costs.

What if our data is messy or lives in spreadsheets?

That is normal and rarely a blocker. Part of the build is putting just enough structure around the data you already have to make the new workflow reliable. You do not need a data team or a cleanup project first.

Do you only work with local businesses?

No. I work virtually with clients wherever they are based. Conversations, check-ins, and rollout happen over video calls, and the systems I build live in the tools you already use.

Know what slows you down? Let's fix it.

Bring the workflow that frustrates you most. I will tell you honestly whether it is a good candidate and what a fix might look like.
